Single item contribution-if a single item is to be donated to a charitable organization, you will most likely need an appraisal for IRS filing. All appraisals are USPAP compliant which is what you will need for a deduction. We can provide you with a detailed appraisal report and also your filing of your 8283 form. Full content liquidation and contribution-if you are liquidating the contents of a home and the proceeds will go to a charity, let us walk you through the process of liquidation.
